Removal of plates from the PHE

Removal of old gaskets from the plates

Chemical soaking of plates

Water rinsing/ high pressure water jetting/ manual
cleaning of plates

Regasketting of new/old gaskets onto the plates
-
Repair of minor deformed plates
-
Visual inspection of plates & gaskets
- Assemble back the plates as per original drawing
-
Tightening of PHE back to original tightening length
as per original drawing
-
Neutralise the used chemical before it is drained
at customer drain point
-
Online / on site testing of PHE to ensure no leakages
-
Full servicing report will be provided

servicing (Hisaka specialist, at least 1 additional

To provide CIP cleaning service on site

Before starting of CIP, customer to disconnect all
inlet & outlet nozzle connections

Hisaka to provide own chemical and CIP unit
-
After completion of CIP, Hisaka will bring back effluent
generated from PHE
-
Water supplied into the PHE for flushing propose to
be disposed to customer drain point after it is neutralised
-
Online / on site testing of PHE to ensure no leakages
-
Full servicing report will be provided

On-site servicing, if intermixing is found dye-penetration testing
to identify problem plate is provided. |
